To secure your wedding date a non-refundable £50 retainer fee is required to secure your booking, which is then deducted from your final balance due.

The full balance due is required from 14 days until the evening before via BACS or cash on the morning of the wedding day.

Arranging a trial does not secure your wedding date. Trials are to be paid on the day of the appointment, where your deposit can also be made to secure your wedding date if not already secured. 

Friday- Sunday wedding bookings require a minimum of 4 persons. 

Travel charges

All prices include a 5 mile radius from La Charlemagne’s Studio based at Billericay high street "CM12 2BQ".

Travel is charged at 60p per mile each way. Travel expenses such as congestion charge, Parking and any tolls are charged to the client. 

Travel expenses may also apply to any additional makeup artist joining on the morning of the wedding.

Any postponements of the booking will incur a booking fee, if Charlemagne is not available for your postponed date, any payments made for the postponed date will be retained

Cancellation of the booking by the client – Any payments that may have been made will be retained.
